Section 39. Officers of Housing Appellate Tribunal.

This Act was repealed on 1 May 2016 by the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016 (16 of 2016), s.92; it may still apply to matters that began before then.
39. Officers of Housing Appellate Tribunal.— (1) The State Government shall provide the Housing Appellate Tribunal with such officers and employees as it may deem fit. (2) The officers and employees of the Housing Appellate Tribunal shall discharge their functions under the general superintendence of the Chairperson of the Housing Appellate Tribunal.
