10. Provisions of Code so far as not inconsistent, to apply for purpose of this Act.— The provisions of the Code shall, save in so far as they are not inconsistent with anything herein contained, apply for the purpose of the recovery of the increase in land revenue or special assessment levied and collected under this Act, from the persons specified in the assessment list, as though such increase were land revenue payable under the Code.
