Section 12. Provisions for rounding off.

12. Provisions for rounding off.— In computing the increase in the amount of land revenue or special assessment payable under this Act, the amount leviable shall, where necessary, be rounded off to the nearest rupee, fractions of fifty paise and over being counted as one and less than fifty paise being disregarded.
