Section 22. Delegation of powers.

22. Delegation of powers.— The State Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette, direct that any power exercisable by the State Government under this Act (except the power to make rules under section 24) shall be exercisable by an officer of the State Government, subject to such terms as may be specified in such notification.
