Section 104. Suits barred in certain cases.

104. No suit shall lie in any civil court contesting the validity of Canal Officer’s order, under section 32, 70 or 71; and no claim whatsoever made against the Appropriate Authority for approving or sanctioning any such order shall entertained by any civil court.
