Section 37. Notice to holders and occupires of land to construct field-channels.

37. (1) The authorised Canal Officer shall by notice in writing require each holder and occupier to construct the field-channel as provided by the final scheme. (2) The notice under sub-section (1) shall be given in such form and in such manner as may be prescribed.
