Section 73. Effect of scheme ; power to vary scheme.

73. (1) The Scheme shall come into force on such date as the Appropriate Authority may, by notification in the Official Gazette, appoint and shall have effect as if it were enacted in this Act. (2) Notwithstanding anything contained in sub-section (1), the scheme may at any time be varied by a subsequent scheme made, published and sanctioned in accordance with the provisions of section 72; and the provisions of this Part shall apply in relation to such varied scheme.
