1[17A. Reserve fund of Board.— (1) The Board may establish a reserve fund to which shall be transferred such portion of its funds as may be prescribed. (2) The management of the reserve fund, the sums to be carried from time to time to the credit thereof, and application of the moneys comprised therein shall be determined in such manner as may be prescribed.]
