Section 1. Short title and extent. The Maharashtra Land Acquisition Officers Proceedings Validation Act.

1. Short title and extent.— (1) This Act may be called the 2[Maharashtra Land Acquisition Officers Proceedings Validation Act].
(2) It extends to the whole of the Province of Bombay.
