Section 152. Fine for neglect to afford information.

152. Fine for neglect to afford information.— Any person neglecting to make the report required by section 149, or furnish the information or produce the documents required by section 151 within the period specified in that section shall be liable, at the discretion of the Collector, to be charged with a fine not exceeding five rupees, which shall be leviable as an arrear of land revenue.
