185. Power to attach defaulter’s village and take it under management.— If the holding, in respect of which an arrear is due, consists of an entire alienated village, or of a share of an alienated village, and the adoption of any of the other processes before specified is deemed inexpedient, the Collector may, with the previous sanction of the Commissioner, cause such village or share of a village to be attached and taken under the management of himself or any agent whom he appoints for that purpose.
