Section 225. Power to transfer cases.

225. Power to transfer cases.— Whenever it appears to the State Government that an order under this section is expedient for the ends of justice, it may direct that any particular case be transferred from one revenue officer to another revenue officer of an equal or superior rank in the same district or any other district.
