275. Court-fees.— Notwithstanding anything contained in the 8Bombay Court-fees Act, 1959 (Bom. XXXVI of 1959), and in section 324 of the Code, every appeal before 9[the Maharashtra Revenue Tribunal] shall bear a Court-fee stamp of such value as may be prescribed by rules under this Chapter.
