Section 30. Occupation of unalienated land granted under provisions of the Code.

30. Occupation of unalienated land granted under provisions of the Code.— Where any unoccupied land which has not been alienated, is granted to any person under any of the provisions of this Code, it shall be the duty of the Tahsildar without delay to call upon such person to enter upon the occupation of such land in accordance with the terms of the grant.
