Section 304. Power to Collector of Bombay to assist other Collectors in realization of dues.

304. Power to Collector of Bombay to assist other Collectors in realization of dues.— It shall be lawful for the Collector of Bombay to levy, in the same way as any arrear of land-revenue due under this Chapter any sum certified by the Collector or Assistant or Deputy Collector or a Tahsildar of any district in the State to be due and recoverable as an arrear of land-revenue from any person residing or owning property in the City of Bombay, by whom the same is so certified to be due.
