314. Place of sitting.— The Tribunal shall ordinarily sit at the headquarters, Aurangabad 2[, Pune] and Nagpur and may also sit at any other place convenient for the transaction of business, in the State of Maharashtra, as the President, with the approval of the State Government, may direct by general or special order.
