321. No appeal to State Government and jurisdiction of court barred.— (1) No appeal shall lie to the State Government against any order passed by the Tribunal in the exercise of its powers of appeal or revision under section 315. (2) Every order or decision of the Tribunal made or passed by or under this Code shall be final and shall not be questioned in any suit or other legal proceedings.
