Section 8. Survey Officers.

8. Survey Officers.— For the purposes of Chapters V, VI, VIII, IX and X the State Government may appoint such officers as may from time to time appear necessary. Such officers may be designated “Settlement Commissioner”, “Director of Land Records”, “Deputy Director of Land Records”, “Superintendents of Land Records”, “Settlement Officers”, “District Inspector of Land Records” and “Survey Tahsildars”, or otherwise as may seem requisite.
