Section 96. Persons employed under this Act to be public servants for certain purposes.

96. Persons employed under this Act to be public servants for certain purposes.— Every persons employed by the Board under this Act shall, of the purpose of sections 161 to l7l (both inclusive), 184, l85 and 409 of the Indian Penal Code (XLV of 1860), and for the purposes of the Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988 (49 of 1988), be deemed to be a public servant within the meaning of section 21 of the said Code.
