Section 98. Penalty for settings up wharves, quay, etc., without permission.

98. Penalty for settings up wharves, quay, etc., without permission.— Any person who contravenes the provisions of section 35 shall, on conviction, be punishable with fine which may extend to five thousand rupees for the first contravention; and with a further fine which may extend to five hundred rupees for each day after the first during which the contravention continues.
