Section 36. Power to remove difficulties.

36. Power to remove difficulties.— If any difficulty arises in giving effect to the provisions of this Act, the State Government may, as occasion requires but not later than two years from the appointed day, by order do anything which appears to it necessary or expedient for the purpose of removing the difficulty.
