Section 17. Supervision by Chief Executive Officer.

17. Supervision by Chief Executive Officer.— The Chief Executive Officer shall supervise and control all its officers and employees, including any officers of the Government appointed, from time to time, on deputation or otherwise to the Procurement Authority.
