34. Officers and other employees of Procurement Authority to be public servants.— Every member, officer and other employees of the Procurement Authority and every member of the Committees or sub-committees constituted under this Act shall be deemed to be a public servant within the meaning of section 21 of the Indian Penal Code (45 of 1860).
