20. Act not to apply to Kauli lands.— Nothing in this Act shall apply to kauli lands which were held on kauli tenure in a khoti village but to which the Bombay Kauli and Katuban Tenures (Abolition) Act, 1953 (Bom. XLIV of 1953), applies.
