Section 24. Powers to Metropolitan Authority to borrow.

24. Powers to Metropolitan Authority to borrow.— The Metropolitan Authority may borrow any moneys for carrying out the purpose of this Act or for servicing any loan obtained by it, at such appropriate rates and on such conditions, as it may deem fit, in so far as where the guarantees or letters of the State Government are not required.
