Section 30. Operations of Authority not to be carried out at a loss.

30. Operations of Authority not to be carried out at a loss.— The Metropolitan Authority shall not and shall not be required to carry out any of its operation under this Act at a loss. Any deficit in the Metropolitan Region Development Fund in any financial year shall be made good by the Authority not later than those of the next succeeding financial year.
