1. Short title extent and commencement.— (1) This Act may be called 3[The Maharashtra Molasses (Control) Act]. 4[(2) It extends to the whole of the 5[State of Maharashtra].] (3) It shall come into force on such date6 as the State Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette, appoint in this behalf.
