13. Provisions of Criminal Procedure Code to apply to investigations. etc.— Save as otherwise expressly provided in this Act, all investigations, searches, seizures, arrests and detentions in custody shall be made in accordance with 4[the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (II of 1974)].
