Section 23. Removal of Chairman and Vice-Chairman.

23. Removal of Chairman and Vice-Chairman.— A Chairman or a Vice-Chairman shall cease to hold office, if the committee by a resolution passed by a majority of not less than two-thirds of the total number of members of the committee, so decides at a meeting.
