Section 27. Appointment of sub-committee.

27. Appointment of sub-committee.— A committee may by a resolution supported by not less than half the total number of members of the committee, appoint one or more sub-committees, each consisting of such number of members of the committee as the committee may determine, so however that the number of members of a Sub-Committee shall not exceed five.
