Section 60. Non-appealable orders.

60. Non-appealable orders.— No appeal and no application for revision shall lie against,— (i) any notice issued under this Act or the rules, regulations or by-laws, including a notice issued upon a licensee to show cause why his licence should not be suspended or revoked ; or (ii) an order pertaining to the seizure or retention of account books, registers and other documents ; or (iii) an order sanctioning a prosecution under this Act.
