Constitution of Welfare Fund.— Amounts transferred to the municipal fund under the provisions of clause (c) of sub-section (1) of section 460LL shall be credited to a special fund to be called “the Welfare Fund” and shall be expended in providing such benefits and amenities to municipal officers and servants, including those appointed under the provisions of Chapter XVI-A of this Act and to such members of their families and their dependants as the corporation may from time to time determine.]
