288. Power to supply water without 2[Brihan Mumbai].— The Commissioner may supply water from a municipal water-work to any local authority or person without 3[Brihan Mumbai] on such terms as to payment and as to the period and conditions of supply as shall be, either generally or specially, approved by the corporation.
