Punishment for forfeiture of article for contravention of section 394 (1) (a) or 394A.— When a person is convicted of an offence of contravention of any provisions of clause (a) of sub-section (1) of section 394 or of section 394 A, the Court may, in addition to any other punishment it may impose, direct that the articles in respect of which the offence has been committed shall, with the receptacles containing the same, be forfeited.]
