204. Disposal of land forming site of closed streets.— Whenever any public street or part of a public street, is permanently closed under section 203, the site of such street, or of the portion thereof which has been closed, may be disposed of as land vesting in the Corporation, subject to the previous sanction of the 2[State] Government.
