Section 128. When building or land deemed to be productive of rent.

128. When building or land deemed to be productive of rent.— For the purposes of clause (a) of sub-section (2) of the last preceding section, a building or land shall be deemed to be productive of rent, if let to a tenant who has a continuing right of occupation thereof, whether it is actually occupied by such tenant or not.
