Section 159. Fees and costs chargeable.

159. Fees and costs chargeable.— Fees for 1[* * * * *] every warrant issued under section 152 or distress or attachment made under section 155 and the maintenance of any livestock seized under the said section shall be chargeable at the rates respectively specified in that behalf in the by-laws of the Council and shall be included in the costs of recovery.
