Bar of jurisdiction.— Save as otherwise provided in this Act, any notice issued, order passed or direction issued under sub-section (8) of section 189 by the Chief Officer or, as the case may be, the officer nominated under sub-section (13) of section 189, shall not be questioned in any suit or other legal proceedings.]
