341P. General control of Government.— The State Government may issue to the Industrial Township Authority (Mah. XLII of 1964) such general or special directions as to policy as it may think necessary or expedient for the purpose of carrying out the purposes of this Chapter and the Authority shall be bound to follow and act upon such directions.
