Section 343. Repeal.

343. Repeal.— Subject to the provisions of this Chapter (Bom. III of 1901),— (a) the Bombay District Municipal Act, 1901 and Bombay Municipal Boroughs Act, 1925 (Bom. XVIII of 1925), as in force in the Bombay area of the State; (b) the Central Provinces and Berar Municipalities Act, 1922 (C. P. and Berar II of 1922), as in force in the Vidarbha region of the State; (c) the Hyderabad District Municipalities Act, 1956 (Hyd. XVIII of 1956), as in force in the Hyderabad area of the State; shall, on the appointed day, stand repealed.
