Section 351. Power to remove difficulty.

351. Power to remove difficulty.— If any difficulty arises in giving effect to the provisions of this Act, the State Government may, as the occasion requires, by order do anything which appears to it to be necessary for the purpose of removing the difficulty: Provided that, no order shall be made under this section after the expiry of two years from the appointed day.
