1. Short title, extent and commencement.— (1) This Act may be called 2[the Maharashtra Non-trading Corporations Act]. (2) It extends to the whole of the 3[State of Maharashtra.] (3) It shall come into force on such date4 as the State Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette, appoint.
