8. Articles prescribing regulations for corporations.— (1) There shall be registered with the memorandum, articles of association signed by the subscribers to the memorandum prescribing regulations for the corporation. (2) Such articles may provide for all or any of the matters provided in Schedule II. (3) Articles shall— (a) be printed and be divided into paragraphs numbered consecutively; and (b) be signed by each subscriber of the memorandum (who shall add his address, description and occupation, if any), in the presence of at least one witness who shall attest the signature (and likewise add his address, description and occupation, if any).
