11. Appeal against Collector’s award.— An appeal shall lie against an award of the Collector to the 1[Maharashtra Revenue Tribunal constituted under the Bombay Revenue Tribunal Act, 1957 (Bom. XXXI of 1958)], notwithstanding anything contained in the said Act.
