Section 139. Penalty for contravention of a regulation made under section 43.

139. Penalty for contravention of a regulation made under section 43.— Whoever contravenes or abets the contravention of any regulation made under section 43 shall, on conviction, be punished with imprisonment which may extend to three months or with fine which may extend to 5[two thousand five hundred rupees] or, with both.
