Section 26. Authorities of university.

26. Authorities of university.— The following shall be the authorities of the university, namely :— (a) the Governing Body; (b) the Board of Management; (c) the Academic Council; (d) the Board of Assessment and Evaluation; and (e) such other authorities as may be prescribed by the Statutes to be the authorities of the university.
