Section 57. Transitory provision.

57. Transitory provision.— If the process for establishing self-financed skills university as per the existing Government orders or resolutions is completed at a particular stage on or before the date of commencement of this Act then, after commencement of this Act, such process shall be continued from that stage onwards as per the provisions of this Act.
