27. Declaration as to policy of State.— It is hereby declared that this Act is for giving effect to the policy of the State towards securing the principle specified in clause (b) of article 39 of the Constitution of India and the execution of the projects and rehabilitation of the persons affected by any projects and the acquisition therefor of the lands and transferring any such lands to such project affected person.
