Section 38. Powers of Labour Court in relation to offences.

38. Powers of Labour Court in relation to offences.— (1) A Labour Court shall have power to try offences punishable under this Act. (2) Every offence punishable under this Act shall be tried by a Labour Court within the limits of whose jurisdiction it is committed.
