20. Savings.— This Act shall not apply to marriages contracted under the Special Marriage Act, 1954 (42 of 1954), the Indian Christian Marriage Act, 1872 (15 of 1872), or the Parsi Marriage and Divorce Act, 1936 (3 of 1936).
